January 2023 - Monthly Review

Happy New Year!

What started off as a nice quiet break from the wildly busy last couple months of 2022, January quickly turned into it’s own endeavor!

Engagements and wedding planning are full force in January and I love that you all think of me and my art to complement your big celebration. I designed a map, painted crests, icons, liners, pets and more for your occasions and can’t wait to share as we get closer to each reveal!

Valentine’s Day. Does it sneak up on anyone else? Working on a few secret gifts for your Valentines and Galentines while I’m brainstorming what to do for my loved ones at the last minute.

Setting up my calendar for all the fun things that Alexa’s Illustrations will be present at this year! So far, this spring we have the OKGO Market on Saturday March 18, 2023 and the first TPAC Orbit Arts Festival on April 15, 2023. Be on the lookout for more info on those as we get closer!

Tulsa themed partnerships and collaborations are in the works with new restaurants, big birthdays, and events. Have I ever mentioned how much I love Tulsans and their love of all things local?

All this while working from my dining room table as I move into my new home studio! Installed new cabinets, lots of painting, and new floors. Being displaced has been a mild headache, or is that from all the paint fumes? Can’t wait to get into my new space! I’ll share more on the details in a future post.
