April 2022 Monthly Review

April in Tulsa is the absolute best. The Tulips start blooming at the beginning of the month, followed by the vibrant red buds, dogwoods, irises and greening trees. While everything was coming alive outside, I was busy painting so many lovely things in my studio.

Monogram baby girl nursery art. Watercolor pink A and watercolor lilies by Tulsa Artist Alexa's Illustrations #alexasillustrations @alexasillustrations tsgtulsa

Custom nursery art is an absolute joy to paint! I know that new parents will see it an enjoy it every time they see it (which is a lot considering all those nursery visits at all hours of the day those first few months). Baby’s initial, nursery colors, plus mom’s favorite flower is the recipe for a perfect piece.
