September 2021 Review
September! What a month. I love September because it’s still warm enough to hold on to summer, but then you really get that first feeling of fall. A month of transitions from shorts and swimming to pumpkins and already thinking about the snowball of events leading us to the end of the year. This month was so fun and the reveal of so many projects and collaborations that have been in the works for months. Check out the summary below to see what I’ve been up to!
Featured in Tulsa People Home
Everyone in Tulsa knows Tulsa People. Did you know they came out with a new magazine called Tulsa People Home? And guess whose art appeared in the housewarming gift section…!
Tulsa GIFs
Digital art is something I’ve been exploring and I guess I can say I’m a digital artist now because I am an official GIPHY artist. Search “alexasillustrations” on your IG stories and reels to find the Tulsa themed stickers I made special for you, Tulsa!
Tulsa Restaurant Week
Food, Community, Tulsa. The perfect formula for Restaurant Week! I shared illustrations of participating restaurants and ate so much delicious food that week.
The Scout Guide Tulsa Vol 4
It’s here! I was ‘scouted’ for the guide and so honored to paint the coolest Tulsa Map I’ve ever seen. I know you’ll enjoy it too! Check out the art and all the other amazing local entrepreneurs and business owners in the guide.
Silhouette Portraits
Never go too long without custom watercolor portraits! While I had my share of pets, homes and maps commissions, the newest offering is going to be so good for the upcoming gift giving season: Silhouette Portraits! If you want one, I suggest ordering QUICK because I book up fast for Christmas commissions! Visit my etsy shop to place your order.
