November 2024 - Monthly Review

It’s officially Christmas season! Magic is in the air and the early dark evenings twinkle with lights. This past month has been a whirlwind of new projects. Behind the scenes, I’ve been surrounded by secret projects that I can’t wait to reveal … in January.

Commissions closed on November 11, and I was receiving inquiries and project ideas right up to (and even after) the deadline. Each commission has been a delightful reminder of the joy that personalized gifts can bring. I’ve been working on custom watercolor house portraits, pet portraits, a large tapestry piece, and bottles. There’s something special about knowing that my art will hold a place in someone’s heart and home.

While I can't yet share the details and reveal the projects, I can promise they are painted with love and care. The effort put into hand painting each portrait reflects my years of experience being your Tulsa watercolor artist. My commitment to art and the stories behind the subjects that makes this time of year (and actually, year round) especially fulfilling.

For the first time, I released limited edition ornaments on Black Friday! Each one is hand painted and a unique piece, perfectly sparkly and festive for your tree.

The Holiday Shop is open and full of favorite prints (Holidays in Tulsa Map) and patterns (gingerbread Tulsa).

Can’t wait to connect again in January with a year in review and to reveal all the amazing projects you’ve had me working on this season.

Wishing everyone a warm and joyous holiday season filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
